Who We Are
We believe education begins with relationship. Our classrooms are filled with joy, worship, and daily rhythms that reflect the heart of God. We follow the biblical calendar, celebrate the feasts, honor Shabbat, and nurture wonder as children grow in truth. Families are deeply valued here. We offer flexibility and walk alongside parents as they lead and disciple their children.
We envision a campus where students from early childhood through twelfth grade are formed by both academic excellence and spiritual depth. A place where they are rooted in God’s Word, secure in their identity, and grow as lifelong disciples of Yeshua.
Our school follows the rhythms of authentic Jewish life. The biblical calendar shapes our year. We celebrate Jewish holidays with joy, and Hebrew is woven into worship, learning, and daily life.
If your family is interested in joining our community, we encourage you to complete our interest form.
What is "Makor HaEmet"?
Makor HaEmet means "Source of Truth" in Hebrew.
מָקוֹר (Makor)
In Hebrew, makor means “source.” This word appears throughout the Hebrew Bible to describe both actual springs of water and deeper sources of life and wisdom. As Proverbs 10:11 says, “The mouth of the righteous is a fountain (makor) of life.”
אֱמֶת (Emet)
The word emet means “truth.” It is made up of the first (א), middle (מ), and last (ת) letters of the Hebrew alphabet. This reminds us that from beginning to end, truth holds all things together.
Messiah Yeshua is our Mayim Chayim (Living Water). He said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life” (John 14:6), and “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink” (John 7:37).
Our prayer is that every child at Makor HaEmet School will draw from this source as they learn each subject through the truth of God's Word.
