By submitting a payment through this website, you agree to the following terms:
 

  • Voluntary and Required Payments: Payments made through this site may include voluntary donations as well as required tuition, enrollment fees, application fees, testing fees, enrichment fees, and other school-related charges. Donations are voluntary and made without expectation of goods or services in return, unless explicitly stated. Tuition and fees are required for enrollment and participation in school programs.

  • Use of Funds: All payments are used to support the educational mission of the school, including but not limited to classroom instruction, staff, facilities, student programs, and enrichment opportunities. Funds are allocated at the school’s discretion to best serve our students and school community.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when submitting any payment.

  • Payment Authorization: By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the specified amount using your selected payment method.

  • Tuition and Fee Obligations: By submitting tuition or fee payments, you acknowledge your financial responsibility for all agreed-upon school charges in accordance with your enrollment agreement or applicable school policies.

  • Tax Information: Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Tuition and school fees are generally not tax-deductible. Please retain your receipt and consult a tax professional for guidance.

  • Receipts: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing of your payment for your records.

  • Privacy and Security: We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your information will be used solely for payment processing, record-keeping, and school-related communication, and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as necessary to process payments or comply with legal requirements.

  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Return Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including donations, tuition, and all school-related fees.

Once a payment has been submitted and processed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the school’s mission and are not eligible for refund.

  • Tuition and fees secure enrollment, staffing, and resources, and are therefore non-refundable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or changes in personal circumstances.

  • Payments are applied promptly to support school operations and student programs.


If you believe a payment was made in error (such as an incorrect amount or duplicate charge), please contact us at info@makorhaemet.org, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
